We're trying to establish if there's a need to submit a copy of the AP Assessment Report and Health Professionals opinions on Justification for descriptor choice as part of our appeal. We have made reference in disagreeing with multiple statements in the report as our evidence. We wondered whether the DWP will submit the report or do we need to do so ourselves? Kind regards, Steve
