Do you also advise re HB?

Hello - just wondering if you advise about things like Housing Benefit and Council Tax and Pension credits? My last post involved a query about those things.

thankyou i have now spoken via video link to the CAB. It was surprisingly easy to utilise this new feature the CAB have brought online. I waited in a room for a couple of minutes then was directed to a very pleasant fellow at the local CAB. No risk of bugs and no long waiting queues or being fobbed off to another day/number by a robot.
So I am just reporting in incase it helps others. I had always had the impression it was impossible to get help unless you went along to the CAB office itself. So the video link is great.
He has lined me up for an assessment next week to help answer my questions, thankyou for your willingness to help.
