i have been on contributory esa since last october which is due to run this october i have just recived a letter for phone health assesment the reason i have been on esa is that i had fall last march the result was left shoulder fracture surgery with pins an bone graft i have limited mobilty now an need help from my patner ie washing dreessing upper body an lot of other things a am on the lower rate pip an my partner gets cares allowance an i am in procces of finished from due to not being able to fullfill my role you a have any chance of being put in the support gruop thank you
