Does anyone know the meaning of OPD in pip assessment please? How do I find other shorthand words like soh out please if anyone knows
I got assessors report with freedom of information but need help deciphering thanks

Hi Barbara Bothered

OPD means Overwhelming Psychological Distress in a PIP assessment.
SOH means Social and Occupational History
