I'm sorry that you did not get the award that you were hoping for. I hope that the woman who promised to help you will do so.
Hopefully, there will be a member who can comment on what they said about PTSD. I know you are not the only one to have had their PTSD ignored. One of the problems is that if the assessor has not met it - they seem to have little understanding.
I can't tell you what to say - I think the way you have explained your condition here is very clear. and I'm sure it is on the evidence. This unfortunately can sometimes count against you the assessor makes assumptions about your capabilities and ignores the difficulties. Speak to the lady and see how she advises you. Becasuse we don't know the minute details there's nothing more that I can say. Just describe (again) how your condition and the side effects that impact on the specific PIP criteria and counter where the assessor made assumptions with your reality.

Hi BIS Thank you for coming back to me. I am still waiting on the call from the lady who said she would help me. I guess there are so many people needing help these days.
I am hoping for advice on PTSD from other sufferers here on this forum.
I cant help get annoyed when they wrote that I can communicate and go out without problems, when this comment is just not true. I have started to write about my issues so that I can copy and paste it into the form to appeal against their decision.
