Hi, The citizen advice helped and fill the application for me on the phone. Then they emailed and posted the completed form asking me to ignore the booklet I received from PIP, and to post the one we completed together. I just saw that the form citizen advise send me is 33 pages but the original booklet is more. It includes all questions until the declaration but the address is not printed and no place to add my phone number at the end. Is it ok to post the form adding the address manually? Thank you
I am not familiar with the booklet which the CAB produce, but you can certainly add anything you wish into the envelope you send. I would actually recoommend that you also return the original booklet since that has a code which contains information about your claim. If you can still do that, I would write on the original booklet that your answers in a separate booklet prepared for you by the CAB.
Hopefully someone who is familiar with this CAB booklet will be able to jump in now that I have approved your post.
