Hi Angel. Thank you so much for the link you have sent me. I feel like the dwp hope you don’t know their rules so they trip you up and then lose what is your right, it’s not my fault that they made a mistake. I’m also waiting to go to appeal with my pip claim (again) last there in 2019 I got a partial win from standard on both to enhanced daily living and standard mobility, then in 2020 I put in a change of circumstances one of the reasons they say I should not be awarded enhanced mobility is that I’m trying to get it as I’m coming up to retirement age after which I would not be able to claim enhanced mobility and also they are using my previous claim as preferred evidence when it is a c of c that I am doing. I will keep you posted. Thanks again.

They are evil!! Also. Age Discrimination is against the law.. you will need the Equality Act for that one :-)
By the way.. you know this already, but if a ‘change of circumstances’ they should be using evidence given AFTER the last award date. Numpties…..

Keep on fighting. They make it difficult so people go away. Take care x
