Two Questions & Weird Thing happening.

I recently posted what I thought was 2 separate questions. One of them I had some replies (thank you) and I posted a further reply; which when I looked today wasn't showing which I thought strange. I also posted a separate question to do with how much info is too much from the previous application; that is not showing at all. I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen, or is part of it just down to it needs to be moderated first and takes a few days? (The first time it was up within a day).

The other question may be down to me having more 'senior moments.' Is there are way to receive notifications by email if someone has replied to our posts? I know I go go into my settings to see my posts, but thought it would be nice to have notifications for those of us w ho can't always remember what/if/when/how many we have posted.

Thank you for clarifying BIS. That makes sense. You are all doing a wonderful job. I did consider applying in the past when you were asking for new moderators to do training, but I know it would have been unfair as I would want to put my heart and soul into it, but wouldn't be able to commit. Be assured though that I appreciate all the heard work all of you do.
