A while back there was a court case about legacy benefits not getting the addition £20 Covid increase like UC. What was the outcome of that court case? Does anyone know?

I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.

SD. that court case for legacy benefits is taking place on the 28/29th September. Even if the case is successful the DWP still can try to wriggle out of paying it back to those claimants.
