Sorry to hear you have been turned down, unfortunately it happens quite frequently, I wa at a telephone Tribunal last week zero points at both assessment and MR, tribunal awarded enhances daily living and std mobility which was what we predicted so don't loose heart.

When we did the on line appeal, the process was quite quick, only 2 months from sending the appeal on line to the actual date of the hearing, prior to Covid it used to tale 52 weeks to be listed.

The way I do submissions, I write down what the assessor has awarded then write down what I believe should be awarded and why, I try to tie it in with any supporting documents.
