I picked this up on Rightsnet today. "The office of the UN Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights has asked us to help in disseminating two surveys on the non-take-up of social protection benefits. The surveys seek to identify the perceived reasons why non-take-up occurs, the impact of non-take-up, and possible ways of reducing this phenomenon.
- Survey 1 is being disseminated to NGOs, CSOs, scholars, and government institutions, to assess experience with and perceptions of non-take-up;
- Survey 2 targets people who may have experienced non-take-up themselves.

The deadline for completing both surveys is 31 October 2021." I am sure many of us have fallen into Survey 2 from fear.
