Do you usually get a text message when DWP receive your PIP review form? I seem to remember getting text messages at various stages of my first claim and my MR but I can’t remember what they were for.
Yes you are correct, if you included a mobile number on your application form DWP used to send a text message that your application form has been received.
Since Covid this does not always happen, we recommend that any correspondence sent to DWP is sent by recorded delivery, you can then check on line if it has been delivered, then contact DWP to check it is in their system.
