Severe disabi premium

Hi all
I am Just needing abit advice if anybody can help
Last year my husband and I got back together again so I moved back into our home meaning that my husband informed a change of circumstances, my husband claims income support as he claims carers for me we are both claiming pip I get enhanced rate for both components and my husband lower for both components now when we changed circumstances the benefit advisor I spoke to told me that we would get xtra money if my son did not live with us but now my son has moved out the advisor that I spoke to this time said that our benefit would stay the same so I mentioned what was said last year so she got me to fill another form in having received a letter this morning saying our income has not changed but the form does say that there may be future change so does this mean I may get another letter following as the form I had to fill in had to be sent to another department ?
Sorry for the long winded questions just with being told different things off benefit advisors
