Has anyone got a copy of this? I’ve been told there is a new form out, and I’d like to see a hard copy of possible.

I have seen a draft copy of the new PIP 2 form and sent it to the back office to see if they can put it on the web site, I have not seen it on the site yet.

If you look at our new PIP guide it is based on the new PIP2 form which was released so I am informed by the DWP in January this year.
