Finally got my PA4 report today. Dreaded opening it but it looks like I will be awarded standard care and high rate mobility if the decision maker agrees. This is what I was on previously so I am pleased. There was a few inaccuracies in the report and I felt I should of been awarded a few points more but I’m happy overall so just going to wait for decision makers letter to come through now.
