I had my telephone review on Friday and it was a complete shambles, I have recorded it. kids in the background, awful reception at the assessor side and a very noticeable language banner which made the process even more difficult. I would like to get a copy of the assessors report can anyone please tell me how long will it be before I can do this as I'm in Northern Ireland.
In England claimants can request a copy of the report 48 hours after an assessment has taken place. I can't tell you whether it is the same in Northern Ireland, but I would certainly ask. Your focus is obviously on finding out the contents of the report. I'm glad to hear that you have your own recording. Depending on what happens you certainly should complain about being able to hear kids in the background. How is the assessor supposed to concentrate on you and it obviously brings up questions about your privacy.
