Hi , wonder if anyone can tell me approximately how long it could take when applying for sdp after my live in carer moves out , to receive payment . Thank you .

In the current climate, it is almost impossible for us to predict when payments will come through on any given benefit. This will be something you will have to ask the DWP.

I would write to them as soon as you have a definitive date*. Maybe include a signed statement from your carer (you what they are like). You will have to wait, but ‘hopefully’ it will be backdated to that date*.
