Hello,

I have been fortunate to be awarded PIP backdated to Jan of 2021 due to Chronic illness.

I applied for UCWRA last year. I was initially supposed to get the form back in July and I had asked for it to be backdated to February 2021. I was too unwell to get the form back in July but

Hi Jane

I answered your previous post.

You cannot get a backdate for PIP, what has happened your PIP claim has been backdated to when you contacted DWP for a claims form.
