I had my pip assessment last week, DWP haven’t got it so rang assessment center and they said they still have it and it’s being internally checked? They said if they need more evidence from me they will contact me, either them or DWP will contact me next. Is that an audit? I had someone fill the forms in in detail and had a advocate on the phone with me, I can’t go through all that again

Try not to worry about it. Some assessments are open to being checked. (They are chosen at random) It's looking at what the assessor has done against what you said and the information you provided. You shouldn't have to go through anything more. It is a standard statement they use to say they will ask you for more information if necessary.
