Hi.
I've just read that the government will be stopping disabled people in receipt of DLA / PIP / AA from claiming the Warm Home Discount of £150.00 (previously £140.00)this coming winter.
Is this correct?

I have seen posts on the forum about this but I have not yet heard officially.

I am sure it will be in our newsletter when the news is released but I cannot remember reading anything about it yet, so I am not sure if it is fact or rumour.

Morning. The ‘proposal’ is to only give it to people who receive a means tested benefit alongside their PIP/DLA. It has not gone through Parliament yet, so it is not Law. It will affect Winter 2022/23 onwards until 2026…. After that who knows…..
