I need to fight this … higher rate mobility reduced (12 points) reduced to 0 was created by Kerry
Hi im cured ? No longer do i have 12 points for mobility i have 0. Which is odd as its been 3 months
They said they were reviewing my case in July 2022, but now it was march 2022 and I have no letter to say mandatory reconciliation can be done . Do they not have to tell us the obligations of if you think this decision is wrong on the letter and the due process to follow?
This is pure revenge as I did a carers tribunal for my carers allowance , as I was a victim of domestic violence by the person I care For. If I was on carers credit on universal credit i would of got up to 26 weeks off to recover but because I claim CA i dont get any time off to recover from donestic violence . The system is nuts , my spine and my blood cancer healed overnight ……wow any help would be great

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Kerry
When the DWP give a review date - eg July 2022 - they normally send out the form up to 11 months before the end date in order to get the forms processed - so I would normally have expected you to be reviewed earlier. March 2022 was later rather than early. However, I am puzzled because you don't say whether you filled out a review form. If they did a paper-based review, you have a right to ask for a copy of the assessment report which led to their decision - PA3. If you have had a telephone assessment - the report will be a PA4. There is nothing to stop you from putting in for a mandatory reconsideration. You should do this within one month of your decision letter. If you have missed that deadline - you can put in for a late mandatory reconsideration.
