Hi my sister and I live together and each receive IR esa and Pip individually. .The gas/electricity bill is in her name and I wondered if this means she and she alone will recive the 650 and not myself-i.e.is it one payment per household bill rather than a payment each? Ditto with the 150 payment-does that just go to the bill holder? Sorry if Ive posted this twice and Im asking the obvious, Many Thanks.
