Your question is difficult to answer with any certainty.
Ringing asking for a copy should not trigger a review. Your request will be made to a call handler and they are not part of the review process. They may say you have to do a subject access request in order to get a copy of the form. How long it will take - I cannot tell you in the current circumstances when the DWP have a backlog of work.
