Hi
I have seen that a lot of people on here saying they got a text message to inform you that PIP has been awarded
I just wondered if you can still of been awarded PIP but didn’t get a text, and you just got it through the post, thanks

Hi Caz1

Yes you are correct some claimants will receive the news via the post.

Not everyone gets a text message as not everyone has a mobile, some claimants do not even have a phone.
