I'm now of state pension age, after over 2 decades of illness and disability. Is there a time limit beyond which the DWP will never raise any queries about past claims? Please can you advise when can I safely dispose of all the records of my past IB, ESA and DLA claims?
Your question is outside the remit of this forum, and you'll have to make your own mind up on this. I don't know what the DWP do. Personally, I always keep things for six years after they are no longer relevant.
