Pip review

Hello, could you tell me what the reference name is for the form that the Decision maker would complete when they do a pip review without passing it to an assessment provider. Thankyou

I am not aware of a specific form, there used to be an LT54 but that was mainly used for legacy ESA but I am not sure that even this is still used.

The Decision Letter should explain the Decision Makers reasons for their Decision.
