universal credit was created by ruby
my daughter is a single mother and a uni student .unversal credit have claimed back £12.000 back from her because she is a student and has got a student loan from her uni but she took t a grant out not a loan.. universal credit have even taken money from her benfit paying her only 800 which whe has to pay her rent and bills plus food for her 2 kids. please is there any way she can get help thankyou

Your daughter needs to get trained advice, there should be an advisor at her university that she can talk to, failing that she should speak to her local benefits advice centre.
