Hi,
I am helping my sister to fill in a renewal claim for her 13 year old daughter and I am looking for a guide that is mentioned on the DLA resources page, called Disability Living Allowance renewal claims (6 page A4 factsheet) - the url of the page where it is mentioned is www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/disability-liv...ce-dla/dla-resources. But there is no link to the guide and I cant find it anywhere! I downloaded the latest version of the main guide for claims for children but the renewal form is slightly different and I thought this factsheet might help, but I just cant find it anywhere.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Like Gary I am unable to find the document, I've sent an email to office for an update on it and will try and add an update when I receive a reply.

The Office has got back to me and this factsheet has been withdrawn however, the information was added to the Claim guide.
