i sent my MR off over a month ago and only had a text last week to say they are looking at it - i just wondered how long anyone elses took to come back. i am desperately hoping they agree and support me. my employer is not supporting me with my fatigue, brain fog, constant pains. have basically given me more work to do and not flexible to work from home when i am in pain so i am stuck!

Hi Izzy26

I can't tell you how long you will have to wait for an answer. Although you had to get your MR into the DWP within a month of your decision letter, there is no time limit on the DWP to give claimants a reply.
