I feel I should bring this to the attention of this site , around two weeks before my appointment for telephone assessment appointment. I received a telephone call from a nurse at capita to inform me I was having a telephone assessment. The lady said that I put my docter down wrong on the form NOT TRUE , as when my husband and I went on my medical records they had contacted my docter , Why do lie ? Any ideas

I have moved your post so that the answer didn't get mixed up with the other member's post.

I can't give you any satisfactory answer to why someone may have lied. It's not something they should do, but we know they employ some underhand tactics
