Yes i have been aware of the nature of DWP with these things for years. My first assessment was very good. Almost faultless. With that luck in such a dismissive environment, i guess i was due a dud. These situations seem to be the norm, not the exception. Its criminal what they get away with doing to people and the manipulations they carry out to demotivate people from appealing a shoddy decision.
Im about half way through writing my MR now. Ive asked for a full and complete DWP Freedom of information request so i can obtain everything they have on file to prove not all evidemce was looked at. Ive also requested past medical records to give even more. They may not turn up in time, but i think i have enough to offer a robust MR at least. And all of thr other information will be with me in good time for any tribunal appeal to be bolstered instead.
