DWP text PA4 was created by Mrs Doyle
I had my PIP telephone assessment last week and it was all a bit rushed and I got a bit befuddled and think I might have missed some important information.Will I receive a text from DWP when they receive the PA4 assessors report,and can I then request a copy of it,how long might it take ?,many thanks.

Hi Mrs Doyle

You can request a copy of the PA4 - 48 hours after the assessment has taken place. You are unlikely to receive a text from the DWP saying they have the report.
