Late Supporting Evidence

Hi,

We returned the PIP review form in March but have only just got the latest care plan and supporting evidence from the social worker. Can we send this off to PIP now? Also we no longer have the address to send it to ? Thanks.

You can send off additional information to PIP - make sure that each page is clearly marked with your name and national insurance number and attach a letter that clearly says why you are sending it in. Make sure that you keep the originals. I can't tell you where to send it - because things are sent to different areas depending on where you live. It will be regional and a Wolverhampton address. Look at any letter you have had from the DWP - you should have had a letter with the review form.
