UC, PIP and non dependent

Not sure what happened to the answer, as I remember answering it myself.

If you win your award, I would post the decision letter on your journal and ask for an 'any time review'.

Your UC should be backdate to the date of the decision, do not ask for a backdate as a backdate may only go back one month, if you ask for an any time review it goes back to the beginning.

It is exactly what it says , a review of a benefit Decision at any time after it is made, it is used for Decisions where there is no conflict over the details of the Decision, this would be an MR, but rather whether the Decision should have been made in the first place.

So, the Decision you are now contesting was made because you lost your PIP award, the Tribunal has re-instated that award, so the reason the ND Deductions were stopped no longer exists and you are asking the DWP to revise their Decision and reinstate the payments from when they were stopped.
