I receive pip enhanced for both I definitely my husband gets low rate care middle rate mobility. We also receive esa and severe disability premium in my name and I retire on 7th October 2023 his pip award lasts till April 2025 and he reaches retirement in March 2028 I don’t know what we have to do . I have received a letter saying my pension will be £170 per week no more esa for husband or severe disability premium could you please advise jane
If you need to claim any housing costs the your husband will need to apply for Universal Credit, I would advise you to seek help from your local Welfare Rights Organisation as soon as you can and before your ESA ends. advicelocal.uk
