Pip review started but no forms sent

Pip review started but no forms sent was created by blueshouter
So I received a txt from Dwp 13 days ago saying my pip review has started and forms have been sent out with a return date on the forms.
13 days later and nothing has arrived and I'm beginning to worry that they will close my award ( due to end February 2024) because forms that haven't arrived haven't been returned.
Phoned Pip helpline who told me not to worry as there's no return date on forms ( hard to believe).
Is there anything I can do to make sure they don't close my claim if forms don't arrive?

There's nothing more that you can do at this stage. Personally, I would ring them every two weeks, asking them where it is until it arrives. It's unreasonable to text saying that a form is on its way and then tell people not to worry when it hasn't arrived. Of course, you will worry!

Is it possible they could close my claim saying I haven't returned forms even though I haven't received them?

Yes, it could happen, but I wouldn't worry about that at this stage. You have plenty of time for them to arrive, and if you ring every fortnight - your calls will be logged, showing that you have done everything to say that no form has been received. I expect after a couple of times if it hasn't arrived they will resend them.

Could I ask if you have received your forms yet?
I have had the same text today.
It states my review has started and a form is being sent out.
It also states if I haven't received it within two weeks, to call them.
My award is also due to end in Feb 2024.

Yes it arrived after 16 days, I asked and was granted a 2 week extension.
My award also is due to end in February 2024.
