We're not assessors but I would expect you to score 4 points for this but don't forget to expand on the above, what would have happened to you physically and mentally had you been placed in that position without your friend being present?

I was told by one charity that this also assesses your ability to socially engage with doctors.
I thought, what?
So if I have a medical problem, such as a broken leg, the fact I can engage with a doctor means I wouldn’t be able to score?

Using your scenario, if you had a broken leg, would you go to see the doctor on your own or would you need someone with you?

I would need someone with me to take me to the hospital and cope with the sensory pressures of A&E. It's likely that if I've broken my leg, I would need someone with me in the A&E room.
If the reason for visiting the doctor was private, I'd still need someone to support and take me to the appointment. They would probably offer encouragement and support.
