Hi
I have been gathering medical evidence for wca.
I have been in the support group since 2016.
I have found the dwp assessment report from the assessor who was a consultant rheumatologist with a specialist knowledge of fibromyalia and chronic fatigue.
He was fully supportive of my claim and he stated my condition would get worse over time.
He also stated "I advise a return to work is unlikely in the longer term".
I was placed in the support group.
Now I have been asked to complete a wca.
Would it be advisable to submit this report as evidence this time.

Hi Den1mon

Yes, I would definitely send it in and refer to it when completing the form.

Hi
I have found a letter from jobcentreplus dated 2009
Following a complaint I made because they placed me in the wrag even though the health assessor stated had stated that "a return to work is unlikely in the longer term".
The letter states that "In your case it was decided although you do not meet any one criteria we use when deciding incapacity, you do show limited capability for work in a number of areas.
Because of this the decision to put you in the wrag was revised and you have been put in the Support Group.
I would like to apologise for any stress this has caused you."
Would it be advisable for me to submit a copy of this letter.
Many thanks.

Hi den1mon

Is that letter really 2009 or did you mean 2019? I only ask that because you said you had been in the support group since 2016. Anyway, you can also send them a copy of this letter.
