Hi Jama

I'm sorry, I can't tell you whether your mother will get AA from one specific area. My view is always to try and give a clear a picture as you can to show someone's needs.

AA is not a points based system, if there is a measure then it is the time needed for each caring activity.

Hi
Thank you for your reply regards to AA.

Yesterday, my partner has got a call from health assessor and he asked the questions about the PIP application for 30 minutes to make report for dwp. However today they have send a text msg for video call interview in august.
it is confusing why they asked questions for 30 minutes and next day arranged another appointment.
Have we made the mess of first call and if it is the reason what we should do at video interview?

Hi Jama

Don't view it that your partner "made a mess of the call.' Sometimes they do ring up for information and then book an assessment. 30 minutes would be considered a short time for an assessment. Make sure that you look at the Guide to PIP claims and reviews and check out the type of questions he will be asked (p128)
