ADP review was created by Hunnybunny1690
Hello, just moved from PIP to ADP and mostly everything is the same except that I had to change circumstances for mobility due to my chronic migraines / clusterheadaches.
How long does it roughly take to know the results?
Also if it goes from standart to enhanced do they back date to the day you done the review form online and if you get back payment do you have to tell universal credit?
Thank you.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Hunnybunny1690
I am not sure in Scotland, it may be quicker, before Covid it took around 8 weeks, there again I have no idea in the rest of the UK as it varies across regions.
The backdate should be from when a decision has been made unless you applied for a change of circumstances, in which case it should be from when you contacted the DWP.
ADP does not affect UC

Firstly your PIP will be transferred to ADP which takes 3-4 months your CHANGE of Circs will then be assessed by an ADP review as per extract from Soc Sec Scotland document
HOW LONG WILL REVIEW TAKES
The length of time it takes to complete a review depends on your circumstances.
If you have no changes to tell Social Security Scotland about, you may get a decision sooner.
If you have more than one change to tell Social Security Scotland about, the decision may take longer.
As part of a review, Social Security Scotland may need to see some supporting information.
After Social Security Scotland send your review pack, you have 28 days to complete and return the form. Social Security Scotland will write to let you know the outcome as soon as possible.
No statistics yet on how long reviews are taking
