Mr E

Two points.

Firstly, a Decision Maker or indeed the DWP cannot "carry over" the claim to UC.

Secondly, this is a review of an existing ESA claim, UC is not involved.

I recently got an ESA50 as well. My last WCA was 2013 so that fits the ten year review period.

I am grateful for the support but find assessment disquieting.

She does use a manual wheelchair, but cannot self propel due to limited upper body strength and nerve pain in hands and fingers.
I push it

Hi Gordon,
does this mean if you are on ESA IR and not had a ESA review for +/- 4-5 years and now receive an ESA50 form, you won't be moved to UC for a while until transferred, unless you apply/ask to move?

WCA form was in by the deadline 1st August, letter today saying wife will stay in the support group.
No telephone calls, no face to face.
Hopefully that will be the last now before she gets her pension
Thanks for everybody's help and advice
Hope others got a favorable outcome.
