I received a text yeaterday saying my tribunal appeal has been cancelled as DWP have changed their deciaion in my favour. They had until Thursday to send their response to tribunal.
This could have meant anything, better than the previous award, and as i have not had any letter or contact from DWP i was presuming they had awarded a couple of extra points and i would have to go to tribunal anyway.
Today it seems i have had a back payment hit my bank account which corresponds to the missed payments for enhanced mobility and daily living.
I have to wait on their letter for the exact breakdown, but it seems like very positive news and i am finally back on the same level of award i have had for the past 10 years.
There may still be points i disagree with or the award length, but it seems the crux of the award is back where it should have been.
So i owe many here a big *Thank you* for your help.
