With my pip renewal form due back um I have sent in Psychiatrist letter stating my diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder and why I and ptsd and how it affects me etc , my Med 3 sickness note , prescription list and photocopies of actual boxes of tablets including Antipsychotic medication, Can you think of anything else I can send in as evidence , oh and I went to Doctors this morning and they are doing an upto date letter ready in 2 weeks time although it cost £40.00 cash

That's great that you've got up-to-date evidence. It sounds like you have it covered.
Some claimants send in a letter from a friend or loved one stating what they have observed about the claimant's condition(but you don't have to), and some claimants send in a diary that tracks a few days (but you don't have to.)
I don't know whether you are under the care of your local mental health team and have a CPN or caseworker who could write a letter. If you're not - don't worry, or if they won't, it doesn't matter.

When I sent my application for PIP, I included the Patient Information Leaflets from my medications with relevant parts highlighted. So when I mentioned fatigue or any side effects of the drug I could refer them to the leaflet. Their favourite with pain medication is to say it is a low or medium dose so I was able to highlight the appropriate section of the leaflet before they said that.
