I received my pip review forms on Saturday. Almost two weeks, after the text to say my review had started. I phoned the pip helpline this morning, to ask for an extension of the date on the form. I fully expected to be waiting a long time, or worse still, not to get an answer. They picked up after 32 minutes. It must be a record! I did agree at the start of the call to do a short survey at the end. Maybe that made a difference? Anyway, I didn't get the survey. However, maybe if everyone selects that option, it will make them more likely to answer faster. Who knows? So time to get going on my form. I'm just glad I have this god send of a site, to help like last time.
