Pip paperwork received BUT !!!

Hi I have at last received my renewal paperwork back I got my enhanced on both …. But

It says from April 2020 to December 2023

I’m like eh!!!! All this wait upset on tender hooks to have it extended for 2 months … over my date

No wonder there’s a back log … 2 lots of paperwork in separate envelopes… waste of funds … in case it’s a loose one have another … or pass to other agency's

Anyone else had this ? Know I am going to worry if they want me to go through all paperwork for this one it’s absolutely ridiculous.

I also have a disability car ment to be handing it in Oct they said they can extend till December…

Then what as you can only get one if you have no less than a year …

I tried to call after getting the paperwork award ,I was cut off twice then office is closed . I have my phone ready this morning ,

The award paperwork , I received yesterday is identical to my previous paper work , that was sent in March 2020 to March 2023 ,

I then received the new updated award in January 2021 which was extended from March 2023 to December … 2023

It’s like they have printed the old award not the new .only difference is it’s dated June 2023 which , I received yesterday 13th July . Where’s it been sitting for a month . While I am chewing my fingers to the bone

I have called first 56mins spoke to a woman who didn’t have a clue she told me to hold the line … 1 hour 10 mins in was cut off , to say I was spitting feathers is putting it politely.

I stayed on line to going through all questions and get my total amd day I will get pip .. I didn’t ask that but ok … then if you would like to stay on the line press one or just hang up … press one … nothing press one again to hear Thankyou for calling …then cut off OMG no words can describe my infatuation.
