Pip tribunal.

Hi. Has anyone had any experience of taking dwp to the tribunal and then dwp reversing their decision after the tribunal appeal has been submitted? Debbie.

Not sure if this relates to your question , but I had to fight hard for my partners claim and inevitably entered into the tribunal stage.
DWP had to be sent a reminder by the organisers of the tribunal for them to submit their part as they hadn’t heard from them, next thing I knew….out of no where, I had a letter stating something like the tribunal is withdrawn as DWP has changed their decision in my favour. I couldn’t quite remember the wording as its in the past, but basically case closed before even reaching the panel. No contact or offers from DWP prior , just changed their minds at the very last minute, quite close to their reminder deadline it was …so they had twice the length of time to produce their part to the tribunal. it just teaches me they will hold out to the very end. This kind of thing should be stopped if I'm safe to say this as it is very stressful and costly for the claimant and the system itself. Im currently unable to take’ care of my partner Anymore and it appears Im also heading down the same road again.
