Hopefully someone will tell you they have. The thing to remember though, it is not the condition per se that matters - it is how that condition affects a claimant's daily care and/or mobility. Two people could have the same condition and one person will be awarded PIP and another won't. Have you read through the Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews? If this is the first time, she should look at the sort of questions she is likely to be asked so she can be prepared. If you haven't asked for the assessment to be recorded, you would be advised to do so - and we always suggest that people make their own covert recording. Just don't tell the assessor you're doing it.
