I have a job centre in the town where I live, with my own workcoach, but sometimes I get messages from people based in Middlesbrough, when the wc is on annual leave - so it could be something thats slightly similar. Even though you don't have a wc as such, someone will be instructed to pick up your messages and reply - so you could still send a journal message, and even though it may take time, I would imagine you'll still receive a response at some point.
