Hi Charliem,
Could there be a chance that the numbers are from a withheld caller I.D ? I believe some phone models don't always show up on a call log, if the caller masks their I.D.
Regards, Chris.

Hi Charlie,
I would contact your network provider - give them your number, and details, and I'm sure they'll be able to assist. It may help if you give them the times also, that you're supposed to have been called. They should be able to send you an email (i.e. PDF file) in relation to an itemised statement. If you need a physical copy, as in paper, some companies do charge unfortunately for this now.
Good luck, hope you manage to get sorted. Please come back and let us know.
Regards, Chris.
