My PIP had been extended until May 2024. 4 weeks ago I received a text saying I had a F2F review assessment 9am in a different City in 2 weeks time. The review happened and they kept me waiting for 2 hours saying that the HP had to review my case and couldn't access it until I arrived. I finally went in, very stressed they kept my partner and I in the room for another 2 hours. The HP was decent enough just said I was complicated but no apology for Wait or total taken. I presented them with extra evidence for which reception photocopied and made me sign a form saying that it all had to go to the DWP. I would have signed anything just to get out of there! The very next day, the DWP text me saying my review had all been received and I would hear something in 6 weeks time. Within a week I received another text saying my Review was now complete and I would receive a letter of their decision shortly, if you need to contact do not until you receive your decision letter. Is the speed of this normal for PIP these days and is it right to keep you there for 4 hours plus with anxiety & not looking at my case until I arrive. Is that normal and honest?
